Antheion Honeys and Extra Virgin Olive Oil are best used raw, uncooked, over already prepared meals.  There is no need to use alot, these Greek products are aromatic and full of flavor.  A little goes a long way!


Furthermore, when honey and olive oil is used for cooking, many of the nutrients, enzymes, antioxidants, etc, are lost.  Typically, I use more economical honey and olive oil for cooking, and use premium oil and honey for drizzling over a meal.


The recipes below are chosen for their simplicity and delicious flavors.  I will be adding more recipes over time – please feel free to check back in the future.
